Draft2Digital also tells me that both titles are available on the German Tolino platform, but I didn't receive a link to the listings, and I can't find them on the Internet.

That said, I prefer Draft2Digital over Smashwords by a wide margin. It was so easy to work with the web site that I wondered why I ever bothered with Smashwords at all. I already had a formatted epub for both documents, which Draft2Digital took and distributed without any fuss. Highly recommended for you hybrid and indie writers out there.
